Not every apartment is suitable for short or medium term rental. We are honest in our advice and, when need be, will introduce you to a reliable professional partner able to assist you with long-term rental.

If your property was previously rented, we will review your numbers and assess whether we able to maximise your performance with our top-notch team, taking all your constraints and requirements into account.

Not every property is authorised to be let as a short-term rental.  We will review your building-specific regulatory restrictions, or "Règlement de copropriété" and seek legal advice, where necessary, through our reputable partners. 

Property With Style endeavours to offer an exceptional guest experience, so we will work with our hosts to ensure that their property is suitable for short-term rentals. 

We will assess that all equipement is in full working order, that the property is fitted with a smoke alarm, is equipped with good bedding all necessary appliances. We will also review the quality of finishing and will be honest with you as to whether a light (or heavier) refurbishment is recommended before onboarding.

Once your objectives and constraints are defined, we onboard your property onto the main reservation platforms: Airbnb, Booking and VRBO/Homeway/Abritel. We will also add it to our own reservation platform, where repeat customers can book directly.

Professional pictures are taken to make your property stand out for the right reasons and with some staging. A keybox is installed where applicable.

Short and medium term rentals do not work with static pricing, especially so in areas where demand is seasonal or depending on events, as is the case in our area. Think of hotel pricing: a room price is rarely the same on two consecutive nights!

Property With Style uses professional Revenue Management (RM) strategies, just like hotels, including dynamic pricing, to optimise the rental income of your property, in line with your intentions and restrictions. On average, we manage to increase rental income by 25% versus traditional concierge services!

Once your property is up and running on all relevant platforms, Property With Style will manage all aspects of rental on your behalf including:

- Management of all rental enquiries

- Management of security deposits

- check-ins and check-outs

- assist guests with queries and recommendations

- exit cleaning and linen

- deal with any repair where necessary
