Our 100% online booking system ensures real-time availability and instant confirmation — for a fast, simple, and secure reservation What time is check-in and check-out? You are welcome to arrive from 4PM; some apartments offer self-check-in options but others require that you be greeted on arrival.Departure is by 11 am. Is early check-in or late check-out available? When possible, we offer the option of an early check-in or a late check-out but this is strictly upon request and with a small fee. This is also subject to availability and can only be confirmed 24h before your scheduled arrival. How do we get access to the property? Most of our apartments can be accessed independently, with a keybox, so you can arrive at any time after the agreed check-in time. No worries if you arrive late or if you are delayed!  A few require you to be greeted on site, so we require a 1 hour window for your arrival time. Detailed instructions will always be sent to you when you book. It is important to take a moment to read them, to ensure a simple and smooth arrival. Is parking included? Some of our apartments offer private parking for free but many do not. This is specified in each property description. When parking is not available, you can chose to park in the street outside, but we do not have any reserved space for you. We always provide instructions to the nearest car park, for your convenience. If parking is important to you, please select your apartment carefully because some are very centrally located so parking will not be straightforward. Are towels provided? Yes, we provide each guest with two towels per stay: a large shower towel and a face towel. If you would like extra towels, you can order some more for a small fee on our application either ahead or during your stay and we will try to accommodate your request. Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own if you are planning in using a swimming pool or the beach. What about bed linen? Yes, that is included too! Is an exit cleaning included in the price? Can I do it myself to save the fee? Yes, exit cleaning is included in your reservation price. We use a professional cleaning company to guarantee impeccable hygiene to our guests, so we regret that we cannot waive the cleaning fee and do not accept self-cleaning. Is there a rental contract? If your reservation is made through a main platform, like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc, the confirmation is your contract and all terms and conditions listed on the website listing are deemed to have been accepted. If you are booking directly through our website or by phone, a contract will be sent to you digitally. Can you provide me with an invoice? Yes, at the end of your stay, we will automatically send you an invoice by email. Are animals allowed? Most of our apartments accept small, well behaved animals (generally one per booking). A small fee of 30€ will apply per stay. Please note that we do not provide any bowl or basket, so you will need to bring your own. Can I smoke in the apartments?
